The Opportunity

An established company is seeking a Marketing Manager to turn strong content, products, and customer relationships into consistent business growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can build a marketing plan and execute it. You’ll connect content, email, social media, paid advertising, and e-commerce into coordinated campaigns that strengthen the brand, grow our audience, and drive sales.

We’re looking for someone who understands customers, respects authentic storytelling, and brings organization and follow-through to a fast-moving creative business.

What You’ll Own

Marketing planning and execution
Build and manage a marketing calendar that aligns content releases, product launches, promotions, and seasonal opportunities. Set clear priorities, coordinate contributors, and keep projects moving from idea to launch.

E-commerce and customer retention
Manage marketing across our online store, including product messaging, promotional campaigns, and improvements to the shopping experience. Develop email campaigns and automated customer communications that encourage first purchases, repeat business, and long-term loyalty.

Content distribution and brand consistency
Work with creative contributors to turn photo, video, and storytelling assets into effective marketing across social media, email, the website, and advertising. Maintain a consistent brand voice and give each piece of content a clear purpose.

Paid advertising and performance
Manage paid media efforts directly or through external partners. Establish campaign goals and budgets, test creative and audiences, and track results to improve customer acquisition and return on marketing spend.

Audience and community growth
Build meaningful engagement with consumers. Coordinate relevant partnerships and promotional opportunities that expand our reach while protecting the credibility of the brand.

Reporting and accountability
Track sales, conversion rates, email performance, audience engagement, and campaign results. Provide clear reporting on what’s working, what needs to change, and where to focus next.

What You Bring

• Experience managing marketing for an e-commerce, consumer product, or lifestyle brand.
• A track record of executing campaigns that produce measurable results.
• Working knowledge of Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform, email marketing tools, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt brand storytelling into effective product and promotional messaging.
• Experience collaborating with photographers, video creators, designers, and outside marketing partners.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and multiple projects.
• The judgment to balance brand building with immediate sales goals.
• A hands-on approach: you’re comfortable setting direction, doing the work, and taking responsibility for results.

Experience with customer retention marketing, and content-driven commerce is especially valuable. Familiarity with design and video editing tools is a plus.
