What You’ll Be Doing

As our Senior Staff Accountant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial engine running smoothly and efficiently:

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts with confidence and precision
• Manage fixed assets, intercompany activity, accruals, and month‑end close tasks
• Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations—because timing matters
• Work within a large ERP system to ensure accuracy and data integrity
• Build and analyze reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs)
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve and streamline accounting processes
• Partner cross‑functionally to support audits, reporting, and financial clarity

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2 years of hands‑on accounting experience, especially in balance sheet reconciliations
• Strong experience with fixed assets, intercompany, accrual accounting, and cash recs
• Advanced Excel skills—you’re comfortable manipulating data and finding the story
• Experience working in or exposure to a large ERP system (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc. preferred)
• High attention to detail—you catch what others miss
