Position Summary
The Controller will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer, and broader finance leadership team to oversee financial consolidation, enterprise cash flow management, and lender compliance. This role will be instrumental in ensuring accurate GAAP reporting, maintaining liquidity visibility, and leading core corporate accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CFO, and finance leadership on financial consolidation and enterprise-wide cash flow strategy
- Develop and maintain detailed cash flow models to support forecasting, liquidity planning, and lender reporting
- Lead the preparation of lender compliance packages, including supporting schedules, certifications, and required documentation
- Prepare monthly and annual GAAP financial statements, including footnotes and disclosures
- Oversee corporate accounting activities, including insurance programs, contracts, accounts payable, and debt tracking
- Manage and mentor the accounts payable team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls
- Support debt reporting and covenant compliance through reconciliations and coordination with external lenders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA required
- Strong understanding of GAAP reporting and financial statement disclosures
- Experience with cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and lender compliance
- Background overseeing corporate accounting functions and accounts payable
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and external stakeholders
Salary : $170,000 - $220,000
