Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements.
- Hire, oversee and develop the financial accounting staff.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the financial statements and internal reporting.
- Collaborate with C-suite and senior management to support operational strategic activities.
- Participate in setting goals for the company and developing and modeling an operating budget.
- Monitoring the company's performance against the operating budget and established KPI's
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial statements and internal reporting.
- Work with the CFO on acquisition and fund-raising activities.
- Work with the company's tax advisors to ensire accurate and timely filings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting and CPA or MBA
- Minimum of 10 years
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Deep understanding of sound accounting practices
