What You’ll Do:
- Lead cross-functional projects across supplier, platform, and company initiatives
- Manage procurement workflows and onboard key supplier relationships
- Oversee purchasing data and reconcile reservations to ensure financial accuracy
- Build dashboards and deliver insights that shape executive decision-making
- Support hotel onboarding and supplier management
- Collaborate with internal teams on budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking
- Contribute to strategic presentations and high-impact deliverables
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in project management, consulting, data analytics, or business operations
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills; bonus for SQL, Python, or Tableau
- Experience cleaning and reconciling data across multiple sources
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Bonus: familiarity with hospitality procurement, GPO models, or supplier marketplaces
