Attorney - Personal Injury Pre-Litigation - Chicago, IL - Hybrid
Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 Base
Required Qualifications:
- Active Illinois law license in good standing
- At least two years of personal injury pre-litigation experience
- Experience managing a high-volume personal injury caseload
- Strong understanding of personal injury claims, insurance practices, and applicable laws
- Demonstrated settlement-negotiation and case-evaluation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, time-management, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and legal support staff
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
