Civil Litigation Attorney - Professional Negligence - Mid-sized Law Firm - Raleigh, NC
Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000 Base (based on experience)
Qualifications:
- 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Active NC bar license
- Experience with Professional Negligence and Product Liability Defense is a plus!
- Ability to assist Partners in all aspects of civil litigation
This position will assume immediate responsibility for assisting Partners in all aspects of civil litigation, including legal research, case development, fact and expert witness discovery, and motions practice, as well as an active trial schedule.
The practice involves defending various civil actions in state and federal courts with a focus on commercial liability and transportation defense. Applicants must possess exceptional communication skills, research and writing skills and must be ready and willing to handle depositions, including expert witness depositions, court hearings and client conferences independently.
Salary : $150,000 - $300,000
