Commercial Real Estate Attorney/Junior Partner - Charlotte, NC - Hybrid
Compensation: $275,000 - $400,000 Base Salary based on experience
Required Experience:
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions and leasing.
- 10 years of Real Estate Transactional Experience
- Experience with drafting and negotiating contracts
- Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development and leasing.
- Experience with real estate debt or equity matters is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and providing strategic legal guidance, conducting due diligence, and managing closing processes for real estate transactions.
