Duties

- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case strategies and ensure compliance with procedural law requirements.
- Prepare and file legal motions, pleadings, and discovery documents with precision and clarity.
- Represent clients in court depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial proceedings with compelling legal advocacy.
- Draft detailed legal documents including contracts, settlement agreements, and case summaries that clearly articulate client interests.
- Coordinate with experts, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to build strong cases.
- Maintain meticulous case management records using legal case management software to ensure efficiency and compliance.

PAY REQUIREMENTS: Pay structure are determined based on skill level, location and years of experience and the ability to hit the ground running based on that experience.
Salary averages between $115,000 and $190,000 annually and is determined by the firm owner based on the criteria above. Pay will either be a set salary or salary with bonus percentage based on contingency fees from settlements
