Locations: Seattle, WA or Houston, TX (full time in-office)
Markets: BPA/WECC (Pacific Northwest), ERCOT (Texas), Arizona/Nevada
Lead end-to-end development of utility-scale energy infrastructure projects across BPA/WECC, ERCOT, and the Desert Southwest.
Originate, structure, and drive projects through interconnection, permitting, and commercial negotiation to execution.
Engage directly with utilities, RTOs, and regional transmission operators to identify opportunities and advance grid-integrated solutions.
Develop and negotiate impact studies, tariffs, and off-take structures aligned with utility operational priorities.
Navigate regulatory and commercial complexity to remove barriers and accelerate delivery.
Represent the company to external partners and utilities with full ownership of project outcomes, from conception to execution.
Operate within a lean, builder-led culture that prioritises execution over hierarchy and shared success over titles.
Experience: 10-20 years in energy project development, utility engagement, or transmission infrastructure.
Development capability: Proven track record originating and advancing projects through feasibility, interconnection, and execution phases.
Utility fluency: Deep understanding of utility business models, grid operations, RTO frameworks, and interconnection challenges.
Commercial acumen: Skilled in structuring PPAs, negotiating tariffs, and aligning technical delivery with commercial outcomes.
Execution mindset: Operates independently, with high accountability and the ability to build trust across technical, regulatory, and commercial interfaces.
Cultural fit: Prefers autonomy and tangible impact over visibility or bureaucracy. Thrives in small, fast-moving, low-profile teams.
