- Support daily office operations by coordinating vendors, deliveries, supplies, and office maintenance requests
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing conference rooms
- Help coordinate internal office initiatives, team events, and operational projects in a fast-paced startup environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, administrative, or office coordinator role
