About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a well-established investment firm to bring on a Desktop Support Engineer for a high-visibility role supporting a fast-paced front-office environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide hands-on desktop support across a fast-paced user environment (in-person, phone, and remote)
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution
- Support Windows environments, Office 365, and identity management (Active Directory / Entra ID)
- Troubleshoot trading and business-critical applications (e.g., Bloomberg, Citrix)
- Manage hardware lifecycle: imaging, deployment, troubleshooting, and asset tracking
- Handle onboarding/offboarding, desk setups, and workspace moves (MAC requests)
- Support conference room technologies and AV systems
- Collaborate with IT teams on system upgrades, projects, and process improvements
- Maintain clear documentation within internal knowledge bases (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence)
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or end-user services
- Experience in fast-paced or high-demand environments (financial services is a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Windows OS & desktop/laptop support
- Active Directory / Entra ID
- Office 365 administration
- Endpoint management (e.g., Intune or similar)
- Familiarity with Citrix, VDI, or trading tools (Bloomberg, etc.) is a plus
- Experience supporting conference room / AV setups is a plus
