This role oversees end-to-end product management, including discovery, requirements, prioritization, and delivery, while ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with tax experts and business stakeholders, guiding engineering teams, setting technical direction, and managing project timelines and resources. The director will define product metrics, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement, while building and mentoring a high-performing product and technology team. This position also ensures best practices in security, scalability, and reliability, and fosters a culture of innovation, accountability, and inclusive collaboration.
