DAP Brands is looking for a Client Success Manager to help Tax Maverick serve 2,000 firms by 2029.
Since 2023, we have helped CPAs, accountants, tax firms, and bookkeeping firms grow through powerful tax planning software, education, and world-class support.
We are a team of 62 high performers scaling toward $100 million in annual revenue.

About the Role
You will join the Client Success Department and play a direct role in helping Tax Maverick clients get results, grow revenue, and stay engaged.
This is not a basic support role.
You will be a strategic partner to firm owners and directly influence client outcomes, retention, community culture, and company growth.
What You’ll Do
- Onboard new firms and help them see value quickly
- Teach clients how to use Tax Maverick effectively
- Host calls, check-ins, and performance reviews
- Provide accountability, coaching, and strategic direction
- Manage retention, renewals, and upgrades
- Identify at-risk clients and remove roadblocks early
- Help clients uncover wins, results, and success stories
- Support top-performing firms as they advance into higher-level programs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer success, account management, or sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead conversations with business owners
- Confidence learning and teaching new software
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through
- Comfort working with goals, data, and performance targets
- A proactive mindset and bias toward action
You do not need to be a tax expert. We will teach you the industry.

Role Details
- Full-time
- Remote in the U.S. or in person in South Texas
- Client Success Division for Tax Maverick
- $50,000 to $75,000 base salary
- Performance bonuses
- Top performers can earn more than $100,000 in total compensation
- Travel may be required
