We are seeking a passionate and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Purpose of Role
The Human Resources Specialist assists the HR Manager in leading the operation of the HR department by providing essential support in employee data management, HR reporting, policy implementation, payroll administration, and general HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as an HR business partner while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in managing regional and country-level HR activities.
- Support the development and execution of the annual HR Plan in collaboration with business leaders and the Corporate HR team.
- Contribute to workforce planning and talent pipeline development in alignment with business strategy.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities.
- Adapt global HR standards into local policies and procedures while promoting HR best practices.
- Support employee development initiatives and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design and deliver training programs.
- Contribute to employee relations programs, including benefits administration and company events.
- Participate in special projects and assignments as required.
- Process biweekly payroll and HR reporting (experience with ADP Workforce Now is required).
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and exit interview processes.
- Ensure full compliance with all Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) policies, procedures, and related regulations, including:
- Policy on Protection and Processing of Employee Personal Data
- Policy on Protection and Processing of Personal Data
- Policy on Storage and Destruction of Personal Data
- Policy on Protection of Special Personal Data
- Employee Privacy Commitment and other related company policies
- Manage and oversee HR systems and tools, including implementation, maintenance, user support, vendor relationships, and compliance requirements (e.g., KolayIK, Concur, ADP Payroll).
- Track and manage HR-related invoices for the Accounting Department (e.g., ReadyRefresh, Unum, Concur, Traliant).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency with payroll systems, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and related applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ADP Payroll is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
