What You’ll Do
As a member of our Landscape & Irrigation team, you’ll help create and maintain beautiful outdoor environments while learning valuable skills in the green industry.
Responsibilities may include:
Installing high-quality landscapes throughout the Manhattan area
Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, mulch, and decorative rock
Building retaining walls, patios, outdoor living spaces, and water features
Installing and repairing residential and commercial irrigation systems
Assisting with grading, seeding, and hydroseeding
Operating equipment such as skid steers and compact equipment (training available)
Maintaining trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment
Communicating professionally with customers on job sites
Using a smartphone for timekeeping and job documentation
Supporting company policies, core values, and a positive team culture

Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
Able to lift, carry, and perform physical work throughout the day
Experience in landscape construction, irrigation, construction, farming, or equipment operation is a plus, but not required.
Preferred qualifications include:
Valid driver’s license
Experience operating skid steers or similar equipment
Experience pulling trailers
Plant knowledge
Strong communication and customer service skills
Desire to grow personally and professionally
ICPI, NCMA, irrigation, or other industry certifications are a plus. We’re happy to invest in training and certification for the right candidate.
