Our client is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join their team in Las Vegas, NV on a direct hire basis. This role reports directly to the IT Manager ON-SITE.
Successful candidates excel at and enjoy:
- Managing IT requests, communication, and documentation through use of service request ticketing system.
- Installing and repairing computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshooting LAN-WAN.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Consulting with employees to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
Your previous experience includes:
- 2-4 years of helpdesk or desktop support experience
- Technical proficiency supporting MS Windows environments
- MS Office support experience
- LAN-WAN experience
Salary: $21/hr This is an ON-SITE position in Las Vegas, NV.
