Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day network support operations and service delivery
- Manage ticket queues, SLAs, escalations, and vendor coordination
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management (ITIL)
- Assign resources and deliver minor network/infrastructure projects
Requirements:
- 8 years enterprise network experience (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
- 5 years leading technical support teams
- Strong ITIL/service management background
- Experience in large-scale, high-availability environments
- On-site role; must support varied shifts
