• Master the Flow of Finance: Take charge of all project billing and invoicing, ensuring our financial processes are accurate, timely, and aligned with client contracts.
• Command the Data: Dive deep into project financials, meticulously managing Work in Progress (WIP), and generating powerful reports that provide clarity and direction.
• Uphold Integrity: Ensure all project accounting activities are compliant with company policies and accounting standards, protecting the financial health of the business.

Qualifications:

• Experienced: You have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in project accounting, ideally within a related industry like construction, engineering, or professional services.
• Educated: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Technically Savvy: You're a power user of project accounting software (e.g., Deltek, Sage, NetSuite) and possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
