Business Unit Controller - $175,000 to $200,000 plus 15% bonus (HYBRID work schedule)
Business Unit Controller for Lancaster County based manufacturing company with responsibilities for accounting / financial operations, financial forecasting and budgeting and oversight of five US-based plants. This position will report to the company’s CFO (who our firm placed) and will be a key business partner to Operations.
The position will be responsible for working with Plant leadership across the US on financial forecasts and budgets (COGS, Manufacturing OH, Capex and Balance Sheet focus), developing a sound and value-added cost accounting environment and leveraging appropriate metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement. This role will be responsible for direct management of the Plant Controllers including developing a high performing team of finance & accounting professionals.
Our client seeks a candidate with his / her Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting experience within the manufacturing industry. Prior experience overseeing the financial operations of multiple manufacturing plants is preferred. CMA, CPA and / or MBA are preferred but not required.
