We’re hiring a Payroll Specialist to take complete responsibility for US payroll within a growing international business.
The Role
You’ll own the full payroll cycle — accurate, compliant, and on time.
- End-to-end delivery of bi-weekly US payroll
- Review and validation of all pay inputs (overtime, bonuses, deductions)
- Processing payroll via ADP, Paychex or Deel
- Managing payroll changes (starters, leavers, comp updates)
- Acting as the go-to for payroll queries
- Partnering with Finance on GL, accruals and reporting
- Managing benefits deductions
- Supporting audits, tax queries and year-end (W-2s)
What You Bring
- Proven experience running US payroll end-to-end
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and tax
- Systems experience (ADP, Paychex, Deel or similar)
- High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
- Calm, structured approach in a fast-moving environment
