Job Title: Quality Control – MRB
Location: Erlanger, KY
Tata Technologies is actively seeking a Quality Control – MRB Specialist to provide resources to support to our client's quality administration activities, customer portal compliance requirements, and MRB process to ensure timely and accurate customer communication and quality record maintenance.
- Review incoming customer Quality Notifications (QNs), SCARs, CARs, and other quality-related requests.
- Create and maintain QN records in customer portals.
- Input containment, root cause, corrective action, and closure information as provided by the customer.
- Monitor due dates and provide escalation of overdue actions.
- Maintain a tracker of all open-customer quality notifications.
Key Must Have’s:
- Experience with aerospace quality systems.
- Working knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102 requirements.
- Experience with MRB Documentation and Net-Inspect
- Understanding of MRB, containment, corrective actions, and customer quality processes.
- Strong documentation and communication skills
