You’ll serve as the bridge between global product teams and regional market dynamics, ensuring that customer and carrier insights translate into impactful product evolution and growth.
Key Responsibilities
RCS Product Management
- Own the end-to-end RCS product lifecycle within our CPaaS platform. From discovery and roadmap definition to launch and performance optimization.
- Translate regional customer, operator, and market insights into scalable product requirements that align with global strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, carrier relations, and business teams to deliver reliable, API and UI based messaging capabilities.
- Define pricing, packaging, and monetization models optimized for each region’s market dynamics.
- Track and improve performance metrics such as adoption, delivery success, engagement, and ROI.
- Ensure compliance and interoperability with GSMA standards and local carrier specifications.
- Act as the regional voice of product, representing local customer needs and ecosystem opportunities within global product planning.
- Evangelize RCS and our CPaaS messaging capabilities across enterprises, partners, and carriers through workshops, enablement sessions, and customer engagements.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to shape regional go-to-market strategies, narratives, and case studies.
- Identify and advocate for new messaging use cases and adjacent opportunities that expand regional growth.
- Partner closely with global product managers to ensure regional priorities are reflected in platform development.
- Work with carrier partners, OEMs, and aggregators to strengthen collaboration, improve integration, and resolve operational challenges.
- Collaborate with marketing, solution engineering, and sales enablement teams to increase product understanding and adoption.
- 4–6 years of experience in product management for messaging, or communications platforms — ideally in CPaaS, telecom, or mobile ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of RCS, SMS, MMS, and conversational messaging standards.
- Proven success in managing and scaling API-based or platform products.
- Demonstrated success in launching or expanding products in diverse regional markets.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into action.
- Ability to influence across a matrixed global organization and work effectively without direct authority.
- Strong RCS adoption and measurable commercial growth in the region.
- Regional feedback consistently shaping the global product roadmap.
- Enhanced visibility and credibility of the company’s messaging solutions among carriers, enterprises, and partners.
- Tangible contributions to market differentiation, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
