About The Function

The Program Management Office (PMO) department is responsible for coordinating the successful execution of multiple programs as part of Americas. It focuses on ensuring that projects are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives, completed on time, meet the required quality standards, help achieve Tata Communications goals & drive business outcomes.

Objective of the role

The purpose of role is to program manage & coordinate the planning, execution, and successful delivery of customer engagements on the GlobalRapide Collaboration platforms.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 15 years of project/ program Management experience in Telecom and network infrastructure, UC collaboration
  
  

domain and experience launching high quality large and complex collaboration and networking programs.

• Possess deep knowledge and expertise in delivering Connectivity and UC collaboration programs including Microsoft Teams DR deployment
• This role requires strong collaboration, customer facing, vendor management, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to ensure the successful deployment and integration of underlay, overlay solutions across the organization.
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Nice to have program management experience in collaboration and contact center domains.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, influencing and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  
  

Responsibilities

• As an experienced Technical Program Manager for UC Collaboration solutions, you'll be executing tasks of both technical and strategic in nature that impact our customers, clients, and other internal and external business partners
• You will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of Teams DR implementation and migration
• Define and oversee the deployment roadmap of the program, ensuring alignment with overall business and technology objectives.
• Manage all aspect of the programs, ensuring synchronization and timely delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for all program related initiatives, ensuring clear communication between technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Leverage deep technical knowledge of network to guide project teams in a complex networking infrastructure setup.
• Ensure that all program initiatives align with organizational security policies, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Allocate and manage resources, including budget and personnel, to ensure the successful completion of programs.
• Identify potential risks and create strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Monitor the latest industry trends and best practices, updating program strategies as needed.
• Work with networking, security, and cloud teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions.
• Engage with vendors, ensuring products and services meet organizational requirements and standards.

• Base Wage Range: $ - $12,320 per month (for 6-month contract duration). The wage may be adjusted within this range based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and the specific needs of the position.
