Job Description
- The role is part of the finance center of excellence and will support in any one or more areas of finance including reporting & compliance and taxation, The role will support implementation of policies, standards & processes in the respective areas. This is an operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the assigned account and business.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Will have exposure to international tax compliance with a focus on North and South America.
- Within the array of activities defined below, the role holder will be responsible for activities aligned to their respective finance function (reporting & compliance, and taxation)
- Assist other department with compliance issues (corporate secretarial and payroll)
- Review monthly tax reconciliations to ensure complete and correct compliance in all entities.
- Work with outside vendors to accurately and timely file all direct and indirect tax compliance.
- Issue of Debit notes for all Intercompany transactions and ensuring regular settlement.
- Preparation of audit on quarterly basis.
- Preparation of tax calendar and ensure compliance.
- Support internal and external audits, proving audit requirement and resolving all queries of the auditors with respect to each entity.
- Drive Income Tax returns filling, and other survey filing for the region.
- Prepare standard, ad hoc reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs) each period for the business and finance management for
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting process.
- Work on Quarterly and Monthly Financial Review related inputs as required for tax filing
- Exceptional knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- SAP exposure preferred.
- Familiarity with finance and statistical analysis software
- Understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Understanding across finance domains (legal,, treasury etc.)
Base Salary Range: $78,182- $98,509. The salary may be adjusted within this range based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and the specific needs of the position
