Purpose of the Role
Seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Campaign Program Manager to support Sales Campaigns (Acquisition & Retention) with a focus on specific Products / Services RTM strategies. This role manages team operating rhythms, project flow, and campaign execution to ensure alignment, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Program Management
- Plan, schedule, and manage end-to-end Sales Campaigns.
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies; ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Manage budgets, documentation, and reporting using standard PMO processes.
- Continuously improve workflows, tools, and team operating models.
- Own planning, priority reviews, capacity tracking, and workflow rituals.
- Scope incoming requests, assign owners, build timelines, and maintain campaign flow.
- Identify blockers early and coordinate solutions across teams.
- Keep templates and documentation organized and up to date.
- Provide clear, simple visibility into priorities, status, and resource allocation.
- Support planning and execution of integrated Sales Campaigns.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Alliances).
- Track and report performance metrics and ensure alignment with business goals.
- 2 years of Sales / Marketing / Commercial Program Management experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Salary : $90,909 - $114,545
