At TASTE, you'll work alongside a friendly team preparing products for our stores and customers. The work is straightforward, active, and satisfying—packaging food, labeling products, assembling packaging, stocking supplies, and helping keep our production operations running smoothly.

Flexible Schedules Available

We offer shifts ranging from 4–8 hours.

• Daytime shifts available
• Summer positions available
• Weekend shifts available during holiday season
• Seasonal positions available through December 22nd, with opportunities for regular part-time or full-time employment after the holidays.

Essential Functions

Help prepare products and support daily fulfillment operations, including:

• Packaging and labeling specialty food products
• Building boxes and preparing packaging materials for production and shipping
• Assisting with fulfillment team organization and inventory movement
• Preparing products and gift components for stores and fulfillment operations
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area while following food safety and sanitation standards

Success in This Position Looks Like

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Able to stay focused and productive during high-volume production runs
• Follows established procedures and work instructions consistently
• Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Takes direction well and contributes as part of a team
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Able to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts
