Prep Specialist- Pungo

As a Prep Specialist, you'll be a key player behind the scenes, ensuring every ingredient is fresh, every cut is perfect, and every guest receives the high-quality experience they expect from TASTE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Slice meats and cheeses for our signature sandwiches with precision and care
• Prep fresh ingredients, including slicing tomatoes and portioning dressings, sauces, and composed salads
• Collaborate with the BOH team to ensure all products are prepped and ready for service, maintaining the highest quality standards
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, preparing items accurately and to order
• Support guest and team member needs with flexibility, speed, and a positive attitude
• Understand dietary restrictions and allergens, and know how to accommodate guest requests safely and appropriately
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the kitchen and team

• Must 18 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation and flexible availability

• Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle and/or feel items and product, and to use the register and phone systems; must be able to reach with hands and arms between 6-72 inches
• Must be able to talk and hear from far away and in close proximity
