About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electromechanical Technician to maintain, repair, and optimize automated machinery and control systems in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems and play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electromechanical drives, sensors, and automated machinery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to install, test, and evaluate electromechanical systems supporting production processes.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in production equipment to minimize downtime.
- System Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of all control systems within the facility, including PLC-based equipment.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest process or system improvements through proper communication channels.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company safety standards.
- PLC Operations: Log into and work with PLC-controlled systems (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
- Equipment Support: Assist with equipment termination, hook-up, debugging, testing, and installation of new or rebuilt machinery.
- Communication: Report issues promptly to management and contribute to collaborative problem-solving efforts.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies.
- Experience with programming PLCs, HMIs, and PC-based systems is a strong plus.
- Proficiency working with three-phase power and a variety of control voltages.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, shop tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to operate testing and measuring devices to maintain and repair electromechanical systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
