About the Role:
We are hiring for one of our prime clients, a leading global brand in the home furnishings industry.As a Coaching Center of Excellence (CCE) Specialist, you will be the frontline trainer and performance coach for store-level sales teams. You’ll ensure consistent implementation of proven sales methodologies, empower associates with actionable feedback, and enhance overall sales productivity through effective coaching and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and reinforce training programs developed by the Learning & Development team.
- Provide real-time coaching on core selling systems and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze individual and team performance metrics to identify development needs.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers and leadership to align on sales strategies and goals.
- Mentor and support high-potential sales associates to build future leaders.
- Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales coaching, training, or management, preferably in retail.
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to performance improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
