About the Role:

The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities, directly impacting the supply chain and customer satisfaction. This position involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials, products, and equipment within the warehouse environment. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that all items are handled safely and securely. This role requires collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Ultimately, the Warehouse Associate contributes to the smooth flow of goods from receipt to shipment, supporting overall business success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and understand shipping documents.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills including data entry and use of handheld scanning devices.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment adhering to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets and resolve operational issues.

Hours:  7:00am - 3:30pm

Monday through Friday with some Saturday's

Pay: $17.00 per hour
