What you’ll do:
- Own month-end close, general ledger, and balance sheet integrity
- Lead audit support, financial reporting, and bank covenant compliance
- Drive process improvements and automation across accounting workflows
- Partner cross-functionally with AP, AR, billing, and operations
- Support acquisitions and integration in a scaling environment
What they’re looking for:
- 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting a plus)
- Strong GAAP and financial reporting foundation
- Experience with process improvements in a growing company
- Lease accounting technical accounting exposure preferred
- Someone confident, solutions-oriented, and willing to challenge the status quo
