Inside Sales Specialist

Tarvos Talent is working with a growing and fast-paced client to identify an Inside Sales / Estimating Coordinator for their team. This role is based in a Leander, TX (onsite) and offers the opportunity to join a highly collaborative environment with strong leadership support and clear growth potential. Responsibilities

• Review incoming quote requests
• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates based on job scope, location, and duration
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations to confirm availability and scheduling
• Communicate with customers regarding pricing, timelines, and job specifications
• Track, manage, and follow up on open quotes to drive conversion to booked work
• Build and expand customer relationships through platforms and direct outreach
• Enter and maintain customer, job, and pricing data in internal systems
• Assist with job setup, including work orders, rate confirmations, and supporting documentation
• Support invoicing by verifying job details, pricing accuracy, and changes from estimates
• Manage daily quote activity, including preparing bids, following up, and updating job status
• Coordinate and place orders to support next-day project needs

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in inside sales, estimating, logistics coordination, or a related role
• Experience preparing quotes or estimates in construction, trucking, or materials industries preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience with CRM systems and/or dispatch/logistics software is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to problem-solve and collaborate across operations, sales, and dispatch teams
