Director of Accounting

Tarvos Talent/Connect Search is partnering with a client to search for an Accounting Director to lead their accounting function. Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical accounting matters including complex transactions, new standards adoption and policy development.
• Manage global accounting operations including financial reporting, payroll, treasury and tax.
• Partner with the VP to evaluate capital allocation, business decisions, and long-term financial planning.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a director, senior or supervisory capacity
• Foundation in public accounting before moving into industry
• Experience with larger ERP systems and history of optimization
• Ability to communicate effectively across functions
