Reporting to the CFO, this leadership role responsible for overseeing property-level accounting functions. This individual will help lead and develop an in-house property accounting team, serving as the primary liaison between property management, asset management, and fund accounting. The Director will drive process improvement, ensure financial reporting integrity across the portfolio, and provide strategic insight to senior leadership on property financial performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required, CPA is a plus
- 8 years of progressive industrial portfolio property accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain a high-performing accounting team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities and meet firm deadlines
- Experience working within a private equity real estate firm
