Information Technology Project Coordinator

Real estate experience is a plus

Duration is probably 4-6 months, but could definitely go longer

MUST support PST and CST time zones

Remote

Focus will be Integrating field staff

This person will handle schedules, coordinate vendor visits, schedules, comm with vendors, keep everyone in line, set up meetings, block and tackle.

Operations integration planning program support

• Tracking schedules of visits and coordinating with NSA team
• Communicating with vendors and internal teams to organize process
• Coordinating meetings with internal team members through integration planning process
• Tracking completion of tasks across properties and notes on outstanding items
• Creating resources for internal field teams on integration plan & support schedules
• Proficient with Excel (must), proficient with Smartsheet (nice to have)
