Project & Compliance Administrator

Tarvos Talent is representing a rapidly growing logistics company in their search for a Safety & Compliance Administrative Project Coordinator. This role will support operations, onboarding, training administration, compliance initiatives, and special projects across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate employee onboarding, training records, and personnel documentation
• Serve as the front-office point of contact for visitors, candidates, customers, and vendors
• Support safety and compliance programs including FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, and related documentation
• Track project timelines, action items, and operational initiatives
• Assist leadership teams with scheduling, reporting, presentations, and administrative projects
• Support cross-functional teams including Operations, Dispatch, Safety, and Administration

Ideal Background:

• 3–5 years of administrative, project coordination, operations, logistics, or compliance experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience supporting multiple departments and managing competing priorities
• Exposure to logistics, transportation, safety, compliance, construction, or industrial environments preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
