What you’ll do:
- Oversee the credit and collections function to ensure strong cash flow and minimal bad debt exposure
- Develop and implement credit policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Manage customer credit risk, including credit limits and payment terms
- Analyze AR trends, prepare reporting, and recommend process improvements
- Drive efficiencies and automation within the credit & collections cycle
What we’re looking for:
- 5 years of progressive experience in credit, collections, or AR management
- Strong background in credit risk analysis and commercial collections
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
- Background in construction, services, or manufacturing strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
