Planning & Materials Coordinator

• Coordinate material requirements with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and reduce excess inventory.

• Utilize Epicor to track materials, update inventory records, and manage production schedules.

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resolve any related issues.

• Assist in the planning and execution of inventory control procedures, optimizing material flow and minimizing disruptions.

• Generate and analyze reports in Epicor to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient material management.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support production goals.

• Maintain a clear line of communication between production, procurement, and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working with Epicor in a manufacturing or materials planning environment.

• Proven experience in inventory management, material planning, or supply chain coordination.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they impact production.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.

Preferred:

• Experience in a manufacturing setting, particularly in materials or inventory coordination.

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, particularly Epicor, for tracking inventory and production planning.
