Responsibilities
- Assist with daily food preparation
- Chop, slice, and prepare ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support cooks and kitchen staff during busy hours
- Wash dishes and keep prep stations clean
- Help ensure food quality and consistency
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Knowledge of Mexican food preparation is a plus
