Web3 Product Manager

【Job Summary】

We are looking for a Web3 Product Manager with a deep understanding of blockchain to build and iterate decentralized products from scratch, including DeFi, NFTs, wallets, protocol tools, or on-chain data products. You will work closely with engineering, design, research, and marketing teams to create secure, efficient, and competitive Web3 product experiences.

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Product Strategy and Planning

Responsible for the overall planning, roadmap design, and iteration management of Web3 products.

Develop product direction based on market trends (DeFi, Layer2, NFTs, RWAs, SocialFi, etc.).

Analyze user needs, competitors, and on-chain data to identify market opportunities.

2. Product Design and Implementation

Responsible for prototype design, process design, and core product logic development.

Break down business requirements into Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and drive their implementation.

Collaborate with the engineering team to drive the implementation of modules such as smart contracts and on-chain interaction logic.

Responsible for the continuous optimization of product usability and user experience.

3. R&D and Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Collaborate with development, smart contract engineers, designers, and operations teams to ensure timely product launch.

Drive project prioritization and scheduling, ensuring progress, quality, and security.

Responsible for pre-launch product testing, acceptance, and optimization.

4. Data Analysis and Product Iteration

Tracking on-chain data metrics, user data, and core product KPIs.

Continuously optimize product functionality and user experience based on data results.

Monitor and analyze DeFi protocol metrics (TVL, APR, liquidity, gas costs, etc.).

5. Industry Insights and Innovation

Tracking blockchain technology trends: Layer 2, ZK, MEV, Account Abstraction (AA), wallet security, etc.

Researching emerging ecosystems, such as Modular, AI Web3, GameFi, SocialFi, etc.

Providing technical assessments and product feasibility analyses to drive product innovation.

【Job Requirements】

1. Experience and Background

10 years of experience as an internet product manager; experience in Web3, blockchain, or crypto is a plus.

Familiar with smart contracts, on-chain interaction mechanisms, DeFi protocol logic, or wallet architecture.

Experience in launching a product from scratch is preferred.

2. Skills Requirements

Able to independently write PRDs, flowcharts, and prototypes; possesses strong product thinking.

Understand basic on-chain mechanisms (EVM, gas, signature, wallet, oracle, cross-chain, etc.).

Have data analysis skills; proficiency in tools such as Dune, Nansen, and Glassnode is a plus.

Understand Web3 security risks (contract vulnerabilities, Rug Pulls, phishing, MEV, etc.).

3. Soft Skills Requirements

Strong communication and project management skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams.

Good English communication skills; able to read technical documents and track the overseas ecosystem.

Focus on user feedback and use data to drive product decisions.
