The Executive Vice President is a core member of the company's senior management team, responsible for translating the strategic goals of the Board of Directors and the CEO into actionable business plans, and comprehensively promoting efficient collaboration and performance achievement across the company's various business segments. This position typically oversees multiple key functions or business lines, playing a central role in the company's strategic decision-making, operational management, and organizational governance, and is one of the CEO's most important business partners.
II. Core Responsibilities
Participate in the formulation of the company's overall strategy and assist the CEO in developing medium- and long-term development plans and annual operating targets.
Coordinate and manage multiple business segments or core functions (such as operations, finance, business, technology, marketing, etc.) to ensure strategic consistency and effective implementation.
Decompose the company's strategic goals into quantifiable operating plans and key performance indicators (KPIs/OKRs), and monitor the results of their implementation.
Promote cross-departmental and cross-business unit collaboration to resolve major and complex issues affecting the company's development.
Responsible for the analysis and execution of major business decisions, including business expansion, organizational restructuring, resource allocation, and major investments.

Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates with a background in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Over 20 years of management experience in large or high-growth companies, including at least 8 years of senior management experience (VP/EVP/BU head).
Possess comprehensive business management capabilities and a systematic understanding of strategy, operations, finance, and organizational management.
Have practical experience in successfully driving complex organizational change, business integration, or scaling growth.
