Intermediate level position requiring full knowledge of the job; substantial understanding of general office routines and procedures. Must possess demonstrated skills in PC applications, usually involving new/emerging technologies such as online databases, intranet/internet, and computer software programs specific to the function. Supports the functional objectives of assigned department or team by performing a variety of activities in support of the functional processes, programs, and/or services. Work may include working on department projects, compiling and analyzing data, creating reports, providing information regarding function-specific policies and procedures, and tracking and control of processes, projects and activities. Frequent contact with individuals within own department as well as outside the organization; requiring some explanation or interpretation.

This specific role will focus on the collection, quality check, delivery to IQVIA, and implementation of all of the data, spreadsheets, and information we give to IQVIA they use to set up and administer our Speaker programs. Most of this data is sourced from Brand Teams and/or Field execution teams and we consolidate and deliver to IQVIA. Additionally, we have ongoing updates to our training materials that we could use support for. These would be things like:

- Budget pool breakdowns and allotments per product so IQVIA can load them into the system to make them available for field selection
- Speaker lists we give to IQVIA to activate/deactivate speakers
- Management of Speaker Training lists (registrations, follow-up e-mails, follow-up training lists)
- Input items IQVIA needs to build and test the next yearβs system for opening
- Help deliver/manage data to IQVIA needed for support of Home office Driven Speaker Programs initiatives
- Training material updates and ongoing support
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years administrative or related experience
- Experience with IQVIA is a plus
- Experience with Promotional Speaker Programs is a BIG plus!
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Experience providing operational support in an office setting
