Server/Waiter/Host

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.08 - $24.18 per hour
