Our practice focuses on construction disputes, contractor, engineer and architect contract drafting and review, and civil litigation involving business disputes, consumer protection, real estate issues, landlord/tenant issues and condominiums. We work closely with our clients to deliver practical solutions — whether through negotiation, arbitration, or litigation in state and federal courts throughout Massachusetts
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Litigation Paralegal to support our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on paralegal experience in civil litigation matters, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Draft, organize, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence.
- Manage case files and maintain document filing systems (both electronic and physical).
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
- Coordinate and prepare discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions).
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
- Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
- Minimum of 1 years of civil litigation experience
- Familiarity with Massachusetts court systems and e-filing procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and maintain confidentiality.

This is a position which requires five days a week in the office. We are T accessible (D line). We are unable to offer relocation expenses at this time.
