Host/Server - Tank Burger

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Manage waitlists and accurately seat guests
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring accuracy
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

• Hospitality/Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Restaurant/Food Service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Alcoholic Beverage Permit (Preferred)
• ServSafe (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
