Position Summary:
The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to Tank Burger's recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook burgers, sandwiches, sides, and other menu items according to company recipes and specifications.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently to quality standards.
- Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Monitor food inventory and notify management of product shortages.
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and receiving deliveries.
- Work efficiently during peak business periods while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely order completion.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
