Dishwasher/General Utility - Tank Burger

Position Summary:
The Dishwasher / General Utility team member is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas. This position also assists with general cleaning and utility duties to support efficient kitchen operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
• Sweep, mop, and clean kitchen floors and workstations.
• Remove trash and recycling and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing supplies.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation and storage areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Support kitchen staff with general utility tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous dishwasher or kitchen utility experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Ability to work in hot, wet, and fast-paced kitchen conditions.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
