Bartender - Tank Burger

Position Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. This position helps create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring compliance with all alcohol service laws, company policies, and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
• Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state and local regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Accurately process guest orders, payments, and transactions.
• Monitor guest consumption and address issues professionally when necessary.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and replenishing bar supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for bar equipment, glassware, and work areas.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant and bar environment.

Pay: $5.00 - $9.00 per hour
