Position Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. This position helps create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring compliance with all alcohol service laws, company policies, and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
- Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state and local regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Accurately process guest orders, payments, and transactions.
- Monitor guest consumption and address issues professionally when necessary.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and replenishing bar supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for bar equipment, glassware, and work areas.
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds.

Pay: $5.00 - $9.00 per hour
