Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Double-Entry Bookkeeping Tasks
- Enter and Reconcile Data within Accounting Software
- Answer Phones, Manage Emails
- Maintain Organized Records and Files
- Manage Office Supply Inventory
- Provide Administrative Support to the Team as Needed
- Previous Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Office Experience Preferred
- Proficiency with Basic Computer Programs (Excel, email, etc.)
- Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy
- Friendly, Professional Communication Skills
- Ability to Multitask and Stay Organized in a Busy Environment
- Reliable and Punctual
